OVERVIEW
CINERGIA FILMS is a film and media production company. Its main task is to create and develop ideas, scripts and projects. Cinergia also provides services for other production companies: directing, writing, cinematography and co-producing.Cinergia Films was founded in 1994 under the name Cinemania Entertainment. The company is currently run by JOONA TENA, director/writer/architect.
THE CINERGETIC IDEA
Our aim is bring about innovative films, documentaries and TV-series, for viewers of all screens of different sizes. Our aim is to achieve high artistic excellence without neglecting the entertainment values of this art form. Our aim is to make a dent in the universe.
The backbone of a Cinergia project is team work. This is achieved when both crew and cast, well welded together, sincerely aim to further the same idea, with each member helping the fellow members to succeed in their particular task. A Cinergia project or production is an interesting, supportive and an extremely fun place to work.
FILMS AND TV-PRODUCTIONS
Currently (2004-07) Cinergia Films limits its operations into two areas: Our first task is to create and develop projects, that will reach production in 2006 at earliest. Secondly, Cinergia provides services for other companies. Previous Cinergia productions include a documentary HAAPOJA DOES PARIS and short films DRIFTER'S HEAVEN and ESCORT.
Domestically, Cinergia Films has lately participated in several prime time drama productions, films and TV-series. These include FC VENUS, a TALENT HOUSE feature film premiers in 2005, as well as the mini series KIVI AND KILPI and its sequel KIVI AND KILPI: THE MASTER for YLE TV1 (aired 2001 and 2003). A children's feature film UNNA AND NUUK was produced by Mandart Entertainment and premiered in february 2006. A feature length TV film THE GOOD SHIP was produced by PERFECTO FILMS in 2004. Cinergia participation can be seen also in the JAROWSKIJ production of the TV drama series KÄENPESÄ (CUCKOO'S NEST) for MTV3.
